While listening to music, watching movies from time to time, the browser itself reduces the volume. This happens precisely in "too loud" moments, I did not find any settings related to anxiety about my hearing.

Try right on the sound icon in the tray -> Playback devices -> Twice on the device (for example, Speakers) -> in the window that opens, the Improvements tab, are there any checkmarks, in particular on Loudness.
