This is not a microcircuit, but a transistor, and besides it, 2 more pieces are completely torn off next to it.
These are transistors for power LEDs, I think it will work without them, except that the diodes will not glow beautifully.

the designation KL*** in the sot23 package was used in the BAT54 series - an assembly of two Schottky diodes.
