Where can I find ATM addresses in Moscow for Payoneer?
I tried in Moscow at ATMs of three banks (UniCredit Bank, Raiffeisen and Sberbank) to withdraw cash from a Payoneer MasterCard. In the first two, it displays the message 'your type of card is not serviced by an ATM', and in Sberbank ATMs it says 'The card is not readable'. And it does not even reach the input of a pin code. After insertion, after 5-7 seconds, it issues back.
Please tell me the addresses of ATMs in Moscow where there were successful attempts to withdraw money.

If we are talking about Odessa, then I would recommend withdrawing to PayPal, and from there to an account in a Russian bank.
It's much cheaper than payoneer. But there are also disadvantages - conversion into rubles when withdrawing, anal surveillance of Russian payment systems by the state, there may be tax problems.
The master card must be cashed at any master card ATM. Are you sure you activated the card? You do not exceed the established limit on it? Is your card demagnetized?
Your card is broken, order a new one, any ATM in Moscow accepts payoneer cards, they are also mastercard
The card is activated.
I'm trying to get money for the first time, so the limit is not exceeded. And the ATM does not even ask for a PIN code.
There is a suspicion that the chip is demagnetized / broken, etc. But how can I check this?
Personally, the last time I had a chance to withdraw money was at the end of last year at an ATM of Vostochny Express Bank. In the Russian-language section of the Pioneer forum, they wrote that the maximum withdrawal amount through VE ATMs is 20 thousand rubles per day (I usually withdraw smaller amounts). They also wrote there that money can be withdrawn far from everywhere, so it would not be superfluous to read the forum on this subject.
