Where can I find a working google wave for text co-creation?

I want to use it, but IMHO, by the end of the year (or by March) wave.google.com will stop working. An option to put it on the server, but apart from WIAB (Wave in a box) I did not find an implementation - and, as I understand it, it is still very raw and unfinished.
Is there an online version or a ready-made and easy-to-install project? Something like PyOfWave also doesn’t look very good :(
Suggest an alternative, please. In particular, one of the goals is the development of technical specifications by a crowd of three people, further cooperation with the performer. So far, it seemed to me that google wave is good for this purpose. PiratePad - too oaky.

Maybe off topic, but co-authoring works great in Google Docs.
