Decided to sell the domain. This is the first time I've encountered this and the question arose in my head, what will happen?
For example, I sold a domain, and someone else's google adsense ad was placed on it.
Can it be that I will be banned (in adsense)?

Nothing will happen.
Remove the sold domain from the list of trusted sites (if you created one) in the adsense settings and that's it.
