As of today, Google search is not working. (probably banned :)).
The start page works, but when requested, it displays the following:

We're sorry...
... but your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now.

How to fix?

Google through tor browser.
Write to the provider a request to change the ip address.

The same trouble with my provider, while overloading the router saves - they give out a new IP. And go to ya.ru

check for viruses, maybe there are requests to Google from your ip, or from your ISP's subnet,
compressing traffic from the opera can help, well, different proxies
