Where can I find a service for maintaining a directory of users?

Hey!
There is a task: you need to visualize the catalog of partner stakeholders. With reference to interests, projects, types of informing, and a lot of other signs (about 25 properties in total). There are about 100 stakeholders (persons) in total.
I am looking for a service (ideally local / working with a database in an isolated circuit) that will allow me to visualize a catalog of such entities.
Now all this lies in mysql, work through a self-made php script. Uncomfortable, crooked, half of the requests are made by hand. I want something like a catalog of VK friends, but such a topic is badly googled.
Has anyone seen/implemented/used this? I would be grateful even for the correct Google query :)

Since you already have everything in the database, maybe you can write a simple interface already?)
