There is a project tied to geolocation. The mobile application accepts API from its own server. The idea has been tested, there is a layout on Android, but there is no expert on iOs. It makes no sense to give offices a project for software implementation, bondage is 100%. Searched in different sources, except forums. I ask for your advice. Thanks

You know what's the matter, developers are full or hungry.
A hungry developer (student or junior) will never sit down on a share, he needs money now, and he’s not sure that he will pull out a project from scratch.
And you will never lure a well-fed under such conditions, because. he’s not bad enough + a bunch of personal ideas / projects, and he’s not specifically looking for free work. Search through linkedin for people in serious companies, knock on them in detail.
But anyway, either collect a coherent development budget, or look for something that can compete with the ideas of a well-fed one and arouse his interest. Moreover, all sorts of photo-sharing with geotagging is a topic that has long been beaten and sits in the minds, interest in it is rather negative.
