Where can I download the FSB-licensed version of Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10?

Hello. There is a FSB certificate media.kaspersky.com/ru/about/certificates/gos/KES_... which states that KES 10 MR1 is true. Googling, it is easy to find the file of this version (kes10winsp1_mr1_en_aes256.exe). But when unpacking, it turns out that these are not "certified" files (the amount does not beat). Although here the question is - what hashing algorithm is used? And most importantly - where can I still get this version of the files? I’ll say right after that: I know that only the presence of verified files is not a reason to consider the installation licensed by the FSB (you need a certified copy of the certificate). But in my sharashka, this will do :)
