Can there be an antivirus without malware?

Hello. It just so happens to me that almost every antivirus contains viruses. I don’t know which one to download anymore, I know there are a lot of them.
Now I only have Windows Defender, that is. I don't have any real help.
Also, everyone knows that Google Play has a lot of false antiviruses. But there are a couple of anti-viruses there, BUT THEY ARE WITH ADVERTISING.
I think I can try to create it myself. Probably difficult.
I still don’t know a lot about information and programs, but I’m trying.
