Where can I buy experience from a senior and upgrade for money - mentoring?

Learning goes better if you study 1 on 1 and focused than on YouTube videos / online courses.
Where can you study in person?
Of course it is more expensive, but personal mentoring with a prepared, motivated student NOT FROM ZERO will do much more than floundering in an online course.
