Where can a designer make money online?

Hello!
For a short time he worked in the office as a designer (using Photoshop, Illustrator), drawing logos, advertising layouts, booklets, business cards, etc., he was not involved in website design. Now I want to try my hand at freelancing on upwork.
I want to know from more experienced, where else can I try to use my skills? Microstocks or something else?
Please write sites
And another question: Drawings, design are in demand in freelancing, or is it a difficult business and undertaking?

Everything is in demand, you just have to take it and ditch it for a certain niche - in a couple of years you can become a good specialist. Including with regards to illustrations (drawings are still in children, and in adult uncles and aunts this is called illustrations).
These are just some of the possible places to find orders:
Weblancer.net
Freelance.ru
FL.ru
Freelansim.ru
Freelancer.com
upwork.com
Places where you can get an order ie. the customer will offer the work himself if he likes the work:
Logopod.ru
Illustrators.ru
Russiancreators.ru
Behance.net
Topcreator.org
Dribbble.com
Other exchanges of varying degrees of crappiness:
Work-zilla.com
Moguza.ru
Jaaj.ru
FreelanceJob.ru
Profiteka.ru
Vakvak.ru
Wowworks.ru
Free-lancers.net
Golance.ru
Web-lance.net
Revolance.ru
Allfreelancers.su
Webpersonal.ru
Freelancerbay.com
Free-lance.su
Dalance.ru
Best- Lance.ru
Freelance.tomsk.ru
Makesale.ru
Free-lancing.ru
Prohq.ru
ITFreelance.by
Freelancehunt.com
Freelance.ua
Proffstore.com
Kabanchik.com.ua
And even this is not a complete list of all possible sites) And as for microstocks, it’s not good to do there until there is sufficient experience (either they simply won’t accept low-quality works, or simply no one will buy).

So, the work of a freelancer, IMHO, is ungrateful. You are always "lowered" in price, as freelancers are a dime a dozen. It is better to find a job in the office, let it be something simple, for an average of 30,000 + so that you need to "design" as an additional part-time job. That's when you can really open up. My personal IMHO.

01. I recently bought 2 images on depositphotos (the reason is that it was necessary) and I will say that a) you can earn money on photos, including pictures created in "pure" Photoshop, etc., b) truly unique photos are not so lot.
02. Branding: already done for 3 companies - each time it's a long song with a lot of chords and choruses. You can reduce it to the fact that good designers, cat. again, they can create a logo, and not its likeness - not so much. I usually used https://freelance.ru/ , but recently the prices (in my opinion) have become inadequate. Khabrovsky freelancing was also filled with analogues.
03. Good design is always in demand. Can. by the way, agree to draw templates for different SaaS platforms and new services. I saw the last similar ad on pokupo.ru. Previously, there was something similar to insales, etc.
