Where are android app settings stored in the cloud?

The bottom line is this: after another reset of the android smartphone and connecting a google account, the smartphone began to download application settings from the cloud as of ... January 2014 - i.e. at that moment when I turned off all android synchronization except contacts and calendar. Question: where can I find this data saved in the cloud to destroy?
In the interval between the reset and the entrance to the Google account on the smartphone, I went to google play from the PC and removed the device from there. But after entering, I again began to pull these old settings.

No. Logged into google acc. The phone tuned in and started installing the software that was previously.
