How accurate is the clock on your Android device?
On my LG Optimus One, the clock runs forward by 20 minutes in a month. I have never seen such big deviations on other phones before. Opsos (TELE2) does not transmit exact time signals on the air, so Android cannot adjust the time on its own. Utilities found on the Market require root to adjust the time. The clock has to be adjusted manually.
If you have a similar situation, then write what kind of device model, version of Andryusha and how much and where the clock deviates. How do you solve this problem?

LG P500, Android 2.2.1.
Opsos transmits time signals, but not accurate. The clock goes by a minute in a couple of weeks or a month, it seems to be ahead, but I don’t remember exactly. Rescues
ClockSync . If there is no root, then it periodically checks the time using NTP, and if it differs from the exact time by more than a minute (it’s impossible to correct it more precisely, because the android doesn’t even let you reset seconds to zero), it shows a notification and offers to correct the time (correct at least and manually, but the interface is implemented quite comfortably).
Well, vote for Issue 4581 so that you can automatically synchronize the time, 2011 after all.
htc wildfire disabled synchronization with cellular network data - the clock ran back (MTS Novosibirsk).
Now everything is fine.
htc hero + desire, has never let me down, apparently the problem is with the piece of iron, and not with the operating system.
Everything is terrible on my HTC Desire :(
HTC Sense shows an hour less, because Omsk in his understanding is UTC + 6, not UTC + 7 in the summer and now always. That is, I was able to change the phone clock to the desired time zone , but the Sense widgets, alas, -1 hour
Tried to set the synchronization from the towers of the operator (Beeline), and the internal clock goes astray to UTC + 6.
It looks like an optimal disease, I have a couple of minutes a week and this problem occurs in the forums. Saved by ClockSync.
Devices with HTC Sence use their own time synchronization mechanism using a certain server. Not so long ago, this server slightly failed and the clock was lying for about a day. Then everything was restored, as it still works.
HTC Hero, recently changed to Samsung Galaxy S2, never had any problems with time.
HTC Wildfire, official 2.2. The clock does not run away, but after the transition from winter time to summer time, the weather / time widget from Sense stubbornly lags behind the very ill-fated hour, if you set the location coordinates. If they are not set, it counts the time correctly.
Tried various settings, reset to factory settings. As a result, I haven't found a solution yet. I would be glad if someone could suggest a solution.
Operator Megaphone. Two Android devices. I tried to use synchronization from the network, due to frequent trips around the country, and then I came across that even in the capital one could see different times. I left synchronization by GPS and time by Moscow time and in my mind I add the necessary delta for the current location
