Where to store authorization data?

There is some kind of application, I want to register and / or authorize it through some social networks ... I would like to hear from people who have had experience with robots with this, where is it better to store authorization data, in what way? So that later the user on another device could authorize or log in through the same social network and his data was synchronized ....

Store data on your web server and synchronize devices with it.
You get a user ID from the social network, create a profile for him on your website and link the data.
Locally on the device, while there is no connection, it can be stored in the sqlite database.
