When you turn off the headphones, the sound does not appear in the speakers of the laptop

Hello!
A problem has recently appeared on the Packard Bell EasyNote MT85 laptop - the sound goes only to the headphones. When the headphones are turned off, the sound driver shows that the headphones are still in the 3.5 jack, so the sound does not switch to the speakers ...
Maybe someone encountered this problem? Is it possible to somehow fix the connector or cure it programmatically (send sound to both speakers and headphones)?
Thanks in advance!

I think the problem is in the connector. About 4 years ago there was such nonsense. Cured by picking a match in the headphone jack.
