There are two wires for each headphone.
you take a battery, preferably an old, discharged, saline one.
you insert the headphones into your ears , you press
one wire in one pole of the battery, then each of the three quickly touches the other pole.
one of the three will cause noise in the earpiece. you found two wires leading to one of the headphones.
the other two lead to another earphone - you also check on the battery.
look at the pinout.
the earth is common - you solder one wire from each ear to it.
then, according to the pinout - the wire of the left ear wire to the left contact on the connector.
for the right is similar.
then you listen to Mouzon - if it feels like your ears have turned inside out - then the polarity is wrong.
unsolder one (any) of the pairs coming from the ear, and change the wires in places.
listen again - everything should be ok.
