Headphones with wired and wireless connection?

In general. I would like to find a solution to the problem:
I want to get wireless in-ear headphones with the ability to connect to equipment that only has a "standard" (3.5 mm) headphone jack.
After rummaging through the internet, I found overhead headphones that can work like this (that is, there is a wire for connecting). Their price was from 8000 rubles (somehow it bites a lot).

Actually questions:
1) can I use this to solve the "Wishlist" I described?
2) Maybe you need a specific combination of "receiver transmitter adapter + headphones"?

This is possible for wired hybrid headphones (the wire is removable). For example, I have cheap CCA C10, for which the Chinese made a bluetooth adapter . Of the minuses, I can name the fragility of this very wire - after a couple of months, the insulation hardens and breaks after a year. I prolong his life by filling the cracks with glue, but I have not yet found a solution.
