Recently, when I turn on an Acer Aspire 5 laptop (on Windows 10), it sometimes turns on normally, and sometimes a black screen with a cursor. It's all gone in 10 minutes.
How can I fix this so that it always turns on normally?

The latest video card driver is installed.
In black screen mode with a cursor, the laptop does not respond to any clicks.
