If I connect the hard drive on which Wind 10 is installed to another PC, will the password be thrown off?
There is a laptop, it has windows 10, there is a password on the hard drive, the laptop does not work (the problem is not in the hard drive), if you connect the laptop hard drive to the computer, will the password be thrown off or will the data be somehow blocked?

In theory, the password should either be removed or left. Well, given that flash drives do not reset the password, I tend to option 2.
What's the password? If there is an encrypted disk, then without, say, entering a password for the encryption key, you will see garbage or an empty disk.
if you connect it to another PC as an additional hard drive and boot from its native drive, it will simply be defined as a second drive and there will be no password (Windows).
ps Well, if there's something else besides the Windows password, it's not worth it to protect data.
there is a password on the hard drive, laptopFor this, this is done so that if the disc is stolen, it could not be read.
