Windows 10 won't turn on after update?
After the cumulative update, Windows stopped working. When you turn on the motherboard splash screen, then this splash screen disappears, then reappears and so on ad infinitum (this is how it happens https://youtu.be/VriSYlIXaCI ). Is it possible to revive Windows, or in this case, only demolish? The system is less than a month old.
PS Before the update, the window "restart is not possible without turning off these programs:" and two response options "Cancel" and "Restart anyway" popped up. I clicked "Cancel" to turn off the programs and update normally, but after clicking on the button, the desktop with applications did not open, but the screen with the update, which loaded by 30%.
