I want to overwrite the contents of a file on the system drive C:\ , but it gives an error - Insufficient rights


How is it? After all, I am an administrator.

You seem to misunderstand what administrator rights are.
An administrator differs from a regular user in that he has the right to change rights.
In general, the administrator should not have full rights to everything. But the administrator can, if desired, change any rights, and assign any rights to himself.
For example, if the system is properly configured, the administrator should in no case have the rights to write a backup.

You are an administrator but not the owner of system files. To change system files, you must become their owner.
RMB, security, optional. The owner line will indicate: system.
