I installed the TurboTop program in order to be able to select windows (processes) that will be on top of the rest. And I noticed that the processes are duplicated

1) It is possible that 2 accounts are running on the PC at the same time, that is, you logged in under one user, and then under the second, and the OS keeps the processes of the first user. Disable simultaneous login.
