When migrating an https bitrix site to xampp, how to make the site work as http?

Welcome all.

Need help in the following situation: moved https site on Bitrix to local machine on XAMPP - database and file structure. I removed the directives and rules for redirecting from http to https in .htaccess, but on XAMPP the site still redirects to https.

Question: tell me where in Bitrix you need to dig in order for the site to work as http on the local machine?
