When installing Windows does not see the hard drive?
Switching the BIOS mode to IDE - did not help.
Bootable Ubuntu does not see the HDD either.
Windows 7 sees the hard drive via USB.
On the disk, I created 2 main volumes through the seven, formatted them. I'm trying to install Windows 10, HDD - WD5000LPLX.

What motherboard and what SATA controller is on it?
Most likely, Windows does not see the SATA controller.
The problem does not appear to be software.
Are the SATA cables intact and well attached to the connectors? Try to replace with another one. Is power connected? Is the power supply powerful enough?
And you also need to look at the BIOS settings.
