How to search for a problem with HDD in Windows 7?

It slows down something in the HDD, 3 meters per second. ULTRA DMA 6 shows Windows, SMART also shows nothing. WHAT FUCK? How to treat? So there is no strace in Windows, I don’t know how to treat =(

LiceCD and hdparm -Tt first. If there the speed is more suitable - look towards the drivers for the chipset in Windows. I don’t know if it’s possible to cut off DMA for SATA, but for IDE it definitely led to similar problems.
