When installing Solidworks, why are the products not available?

I'm trying to install Solidworks on win7 / 32bit , the
installer starts, I enter the keys, when I get to the product selection point, I can't choose anything, there are no checkmarks ...
this item (not a single checkmark is set, photo for example):
can someone faced such a problem?
