PCB designers what CAD do you use?

Good afternoon. I study in the direction of "construction and design of electronic means", which, in principle, revolves around printed circuit boards. At school they teach how to work in P-CAD, at home I use Altium, during my internship I had to work with Mentor Graphic. Now I saw that there is a PCB module in SolidWorks, and before trying it, I thought what a wonderful CAD system, because it is possible to simulate thermal and mechanical effects without leaving the development environment. Should we even consider SolidWorks as a tool for the job? What do you personally use and why?

Mostly P-CAD, but in the microwave ranges you have to do everything with pens in AutoCAD, and then transfer it to P-CAD. I use Sold for wiring, including microwave inside the unit, very convenient.
