When filling the progress bar, the “pressing” of the keys is transmitted

Some kind of poltergeist.
Given: an old laptop asus m9v, Windows XP home.
When installing any programs / updates, copying files, unzipping archives, in general, in any programs where hidden / visible progress is observed, the bar system "sees" the keystroke.
Such text is typed, opened the notepad and put the cursor ... (or in the English layout)

Symptom appears ONLY when the progress bar is filled, the window may not be in focus
