When editing a post in WordPress, the title and URL are substituted, how to remove it?

When I open a post or product for editing through Chrome in WordPress, the title of one post that I created more than a year ago, the url (slug), and from another post, and some other password are always substituted.
I can't get rid of it. Cleared all browser caches. Disabled autocomplete - still substitutes.
Completely remove Chrome and then reinstall it?
This only happens on one site. Nothing else is automatically inserted anywhere. Where else can you look?
