Speaking of viewing WP logs - you need to enable wp debug mode via wp-config.php (read how to do it) Speaking of viewing PHP or server logs, you will find the necessary log files on your server. As for the possible reasons: - the problem is in the pdf file itself. Try uploading another pdf file. If loaded. then everything is ok. - the problem is in the large size of the pdf file. Accordingly, try to compress this pdf or upload a smaller pdf to eliminate the error
