Where are bot farms located and why are they not blocking?

Recently I tried different games in order to see what’s trending now and I came across one advertisement, like you drive around the screen and there it’s really realistic that the hand falls through beautiful drawings, I think - well, I’ll see what the hell ...
I downloaded it right from the start - you want start playing for 3 days for free, and then 1500 rubles a year or something like that, but you definitely need to subscribe, downloaded, looked, shit is something else, nothing at all, let's delete it, and there is a warning - if you even delete the game subscription it will still remain and it turns out after 3 days the money will still be withdrawn ...
Well, firstly, this is a scam ... why don’t they block? (not everyone will look at this message, I think it is designed for this)
Secondly - I looked at the comments - well, you can see with the naked eye that they write either bots or paid ones, so I wondered where they are and how much such a pleasure costs, we can bribe at least a couple of thousand of such comments, especially when you consider the game as a game without such divorce...

Well, first of all, it's a scam... why don't they block?

If Google receives a percentage of in-game purchases, then of course, Google itself does not consider such frauds to be fraudulent.
I myself abandoned Google-garbage a long time ago, now I use only w3bsit3-dns.com. I have more trust in the old and reliable w3bsit3-dns.com than in the Google dump. The time of high-quality games and applications has long passed. Now in the market, mostly applications are crammed with ads (plus the applications themselves are not of high quality), so there is malware in popular and not so popular applications. Experts from different countries find such applications in batches every day.
The most interesting thing is that there are distant people who have read somewhere that you only need to download applications from the market and crow all over the Internet. And then in the evening you read such news, and there - "Specialists have once again found a code in 30 popular applications that steals bank data."
