How difficult is it to create a website with django+js+html+CSS?

For several days I made a site in PHP, with pieces of JS code, in the same HTML + CSS style!
I understand that this is not programming, but just copy paste!
I would like to create a website and start learning to program at the same time!
How much more difficult is Django+JS+HTML+CSS than Laravel(PHP)+JS+HTML+CSS?
Can a beginner create a simple website?
It’s just that since Django is used for Backend by such giants as Google, Instagram, why shouldn’t I just try it?
In the future, in addition to my project, I would like to get a job, at least earn a piece of shit!)))
