There are old headphones that no longer have sound, but an excellent microphone (which still works). It is rather inconvenient to connect and disconnect headphones in order to listen to something and not lose the opportunity to speak into the microphone. Is it possible to connect headphones, but use only a microphone from them, and at the same time the sound would be played through the laptop speakers?

If we are talking about Windows, then you need to set the audio playback device = speakers, recording device = headset microphone. Everything is in the settings, you write to Google and not here.
