When connected via a wire, the sound of wireless headphones deteriorates. What to do?

When connecting wireless headphones through a wire, some frequencies are not heard, while others are amplified. When I connect via bluetooth everything is fine. Headphones are new. Tried to change something with the equalizer, nothing changes. If anyone has experienced this please advise what to do.

when you use bluetooth, the DAC of the headphones themselves works, when you connect them via a wire, the DAC of the device (for example, a phone) most likely works. hence the different sound.

The problem was solved by replacing the wire.
