How to get rid of sound interruption?

The title of the question may be incorrect, but I will explain it this way.
The computer is weak and therefore absolutely everything closes to play on it, incl. and programs for communication (Discord). It is inconvenient to play the game without communication with the team (in-game communication will not work). I decided to jump out of my pants and do so. We play on the PC, communication through the program on the phone. Accordingly, the headphones must be connected to both devices in order to hear the game from the PC and the voice of the comrades from the phone, and the microphone directly to the phone for communication.
There was an AUX cable and a regular splitter for connecting 2 headphones to 1 device. We shove AUX into the PC, and into the input of the splitter, we also shove one of the plugs from the headphones for the PC next to it. For the splitter itself, we insert it into another splitter that is needed to connect the PC headphones to the phone and into it the second plug from the headphone microphone.
It's better to show it in a picture than to explain it. (How is my drawing skill in paint? =))

The very essence of this question is this. When the sound is sent from the phone to the headphones, everything is perfectly heard, and when the sound is sent from the PC to the headphones, it is cut by almost 75% and there are cods. Of course, I understand everything that there may be any interference and all that. Is it possible to avoid it? And How?

I found a similar question on the tester, but it asked how to connect, and not how to avoid it. One person answered that with such a connection where 2 devices are involved, when one of them gives out a signal, the other tries to be used as "headphones", i.e. Roughly speaking, the other device does not care about it. And also extinguish each other's resistance. The solution is probably to install something that will only pass the signal in one direction, i.e. from both devices towards the headphones, did I understand the essence correctly?
