Recommend wireless headphones for talking and listening to podcasts
PS not AirPods
I read that some people come across headphones capable of catching 25-30 meters in 2 rooms (Motorola is it) and with a good battery, unless it is desirable to add, because who will like every "10" minutes to walk to put on exercises, at least for a day or two you can listen to fresh releases
