How to remotely control the operation of the joystick for playstaion 3/4?

Good afternoon everyone!
The joystick has a micro-USB input, is it possible, by connecting to it through this input, to make the buttons on it work again at will and start working back, but at the same time the joystick is on all the time.
Also, there is a Bluetooth module in the joystick and is it possible to do the same through it? But through this module, the joystick will already be connected to the console
