Ultrasound in the left earpiece (airpods), how to remove?

Bought for Waldburys, for a month, only yesterday I noticed this strong, not pleasant sound, how to deal with it, I checked the headphones for the original, they seem to be genuine

Usually, people cannot hear ultrasound. It is somewhere beyond the 20 kilohertz range. Yes, and most headphones are designed so that their membrane does not work at these frequencies. And even that's not all. Audio formats mp3/ogg/aac technologically filter high frequencies, especially at medium bitrates (160 kbps).
That is, the author most likely heard just a defect in the analog part of the amplifier (background). It usually sounds constantly and does not depend on music.
