When and which IaaS will be more profitable to use?

AWS and Google Cloud have quite attractive offers - the first 12 months are free.
But then how does it work out at prices, if we take for the minimum required resources:

20 GB SSD
1 CPU
1 GB Memory
1 TB Bandwidth

?
If it will be much more expensive for Amazon or Google than for *Linode, Digitalocean or Vultr , then it makes sense to use them first (the first 12 months), and after the trial expires, switch to one of the * ?
Although then the question will be about the difficulties of the transition.
Of course, you can see that after 12 months the price should not worry so much anymore, the project can generate income, but this is not yet read

This is not how the question should be asked.
Will there be a sharp increase in load that will require a flexible balance of resources, both up and down? If not, then take DO and so on. If the project is complex and loads can jump - AWS, GCP to help.
