4. there is nothing about the technology, so the equipment costs are not clear.

That is, if there is enough money to develop two applications for two platforms, to develop the server part / website, promotion, and also for maintenance and management; if you gain some users; if users will pay at all. A million users in a year is about 2740 users per day. Try again to evaluate your experience in implementing such projects, if any, of course, and look at the task again. And if there is no experience, do you seriously think that it will be possible to make the project so successful? On average, 95% of startups go to oblivion.
