What will be the prospects and income from the project?
If you develop an application for Android and IOS, which within a year from the start of the release will gain a total of a million users and will continue to grow in audience size, albeit slowly.
Accounts for registration will be free and paid: the free one will have ads and fewer features, and the paid one ($7 per month) will have no ads and all functionality.
The project will be available to the whole world in several languages.
I have $20,000 of personal funds to invest and 2 buddies to help with programming and design. I bought a beautiful domain on .com The
question may be worded incorrectly or implausibly, but I hope you understand what I'm trying to convey.

If the purpose of your question was to get the calculation of the business plan, then the level should have been set to "Difficult", otherwise the answers are obtained in the spirit of complexity :)
To calculate the business plan, some constants and variables are clearly missing here. So it's unlikely that anything good will come of it. For example:
1. not a word about marketing (cost of attraction), apparently your application is so cool that it will immediately get into the top 10 in order to collect a million in a year
2. not a word about conversion and target audience, here you can start with 0.5% ( from free to paid)
3. it is not clear whether the friends will work and for what: for food or money? Do they eat a lot or expensively?
4. there is nothing about the technology, so the equipment costs are not clear.
In short, almost nothing is known - so the answer is:
1. prospects are vague,
2. there may be no income at all
Judging by the description, there are no prospects. Because there is no word about the product itself.
You have lost a few small, but nonetheless very important words: if, if, if. That is, if there is enough money to develop two applications for two platforms, to develop the server part / website, promotion, and also for maintenance and management; if you gain some users; if users will pay at all. A million users in a year is about 2740 users per day. Try again to evaluate your experience in implementing such projects, if any, of course, and look at the task again. And if there is no experience, do you seriously think that it will be possible to make the project so successful? On average, 95% of startups go to oblivion.
Either describe the project and the situation in detail, or you will not get a sensible answer.
There will be big spending on marketing because the target audience is not clear (we dance from the project)
Your friends are partners who will also give you 20k or just work for free
What is the peculiarity of your project that you can easily attract (ok, ok, advertising attracting the target audience, for example, was successfully carried out) over 1 million people?
As a result, theoretically, you can earn a lot or nothing;)
