How to register a startup?
Hi friends. Please tell me the procedure for registering a startup (Internet portal), registering a logo. How to make everything logical?
I need to register a logo (trademark). It is registered as an individual entrepreneur or legal entity. Clearly, you need ip or ooo.
But I want to bring a startup to the international market, so I'm going to register an offshore.
How to do it right?
I register an LLC, I register a logo for an LLC, I register an Offshore, I sell (or whatever?) an LLC to an offshore?
So? or in another way? I am newbie.

I think it's worth doing this:
1) Register offshore.
2) Register a trademark offshore.
3) Register LLC in Russia.
4) Conclude a license agreement for the use of the LLC trademark
5) Make the appropriate license fees for the use of the trademark offshore.
If your “startup” is so cool that you need to think about protection from raiding, trademark registration, tax minimization (despite the fact that up to several tens of millions of rubles of annual turnover, the Russian simplified tax system is completely nothing), then you should contact a good law firm - best in American or British.
If your business is still at the stage of an idea (prototype), which seems to you super successful and extremely attractive for raiders, then, IMHO, you should just take it and implement it, and to horror stories like “there are only raiders around”, “taxes exceed 100% and it is impossible to pay them”, etc. is critical. Otherwise, you run the risk of spending a lot of money on creating the basis for what then, perhaps, will not be implemented.
Selling an LLC offshore? This is cool, of course)
You need to register an offshore right away. But judging by what you wrote, you either need to contact an office specializing in this, or forget about it altogether.
A trademark can be registered in the states, for example ... There was an article about this on Habré about a year or two ago)
Well, probably immediately offshore ... Although, of course, first you need to understand why you need it, what legal relations / agreements will be and with whom, etc. .d... Maybe both an offshore company and an LLC will be required if, for example, activities on the territory of the Russian Federation need to be carried out ... and logos, trademarks, software offshore registered ... accordingly, under an agreement between an offshore company and a Russian LLC, and money can be moved in the right direction (payment for offshore company for the software/platform used, for example).
