Is it necessary to register a logo \ company, etc. for a small startup?

Hello.
A question of a legal nature. Let's say I create a site with a couple of my own shareware plugins and a small service (of the same type of billing) based on the same plugins (like a centralized search form or Yandex.maps - for example). Is it worth registering for this case something more serious than just an IP? It is somehow doubtful that the developers of some paid uber-cool jquery slider have registered the logo, legal entity and slogan of this very slider. I read on Habré and here about the registration of startups, so many things, you can’t figure it out without half a liter - you just got even more confused ...
PS and is it worth regat anything at all at the stage of a completely free beta?

In our case, we officially took shape only after three years of startup operation. But we had a well-coordinated team with trust and without attracting an investor. If you have potentially problematic people in the founding team or you need to raise money, consider registering and the founders agreement.

At the beginning of development, you may not register, but in the process of development, work and expansion of the sphere, raising money and monetizing the business, if there is a real inflow of finance, then you can already think about registering all this according to the law so that no one steals it in the future. The main thing is not to miss this moment. Always be vigilant, business does not like lazy people, always consider one step ahead of all other competitors in your industry. Know how to predict and develop business intuition by analyzing the market and competitors, follow the whole world!
