What wi-fi antenna is used (or network equipment)?

Good afternoon!
I live in a rural area where there is a big problem with Internet access. One provider - Rostelecom DSL. The speed is terrible, constant breaks, etc. But recently, in one of the microdistricts of the village, such an antenna was installed:

And paid Wi-Fi (4 megabits) is distributed to the entire district. Experts tell me, please, what kind of antenna is this? And what is its range?
There is an idea to put yourself a similar one in the yard and connect directly to the provider.

@xbagir

a pointed 4-degree antenna for Wi-Fi most likely
essentially creates a thin directional signal beam of 4 degrees
, they are actually placed on both sides and directed at each other , the
Wi-Fi is normal, it normally pulls up to 4 km, it’s
not normal and they can say more.
