Is it possible to automatically configure the network adapter depending on the wi-fi network in windows 10?

On smartphones, it is possible to bind network adapter settings to a specific wi-fi network ... In Windows, as far as I know, such settings are global.
I have a static IP at work and a dynamic one at home. Every time it infuriates me to change the properties of the adapter.
Is it possible to automate this somehow?

Set the adapter to receive a dynamic address, or alternatively a static address. In general, for static on wifi you need to shoot.
