Which email service allows you to send 12k emails for free?

Hello, I need to send out 12k emails and see how many of them are opened, are there free services or with a trial period? And that's all I found for a subscription ..

12k letters - this is already serious, to look for something free ... IMHO. It's better than mailchimp, but it's even better to pay and not assume that something didn't reach or ended up in spam.
