What was the name of this old operating system?

Hello!
As a child, there was a computer and it had some kind of operating system similar to Norton Commander
. Do you guys remind me, pzhl, what was it called? What was it anyway?
p.s. I was too small then :)

I think it was Microsoft DOS, better known as MS-DOS or simply DOS (although strictly speaking, there were and still are several DOSs)

I suspect it's Novell Netware. Just the same blue, but not Norton.

MS-DOS, DR-DOS, TR-DOS
panel managers were Norton Commander and Volkov commander.
If black-and-white soviet computers, then for example, under DVK there was an RT11SJ operating system, and an NC panel manager.
