What types of Internet connection did I forget about (list inside)?

THE SITUATION IS SUCH ↓
A person lives outside the center of a small town on its outskirts in his personal sector (his own house), ((therefore, only the Internet is available to him using ADSL technology up to 8 Mbps under a contract with the provider))
PURPOSE: It is necessary to deliver the Internet to the user by any means and their kinds which only exist.
1. Through the Mobile Operator, or rather their SIM cards that can be used in any of the Internet distributing devices (smartphone, router, adapter, etc.);
2. Through ADSL (up to 8Mbps);
3. Through a satellite dish;
4. Through signal repeaters or similar equipment from the last fastest point owned by another user.
(Most likely via WiMAX)
5. Well, Wi-Fi Bridge
What else?! What other ways are possible to transmit the Internet
ALLELUJA! THERE IS ANOTHER GPON Which is laid to a specific house for an n-th fee! BUT!
He's fast!
and
It is cheaper and more practical than any antennas, dishes, WiMaxes and other garbage!

You can find out how the Internet is transmitted from Internet providers that offer services at the place of residence.
1. The mobile operator can distribute the Internet not through a smartphone, but through a modem, which can be taken from the mobile operator along with the contract. The speed of course varies, but outside the city, if there is no provider tower nearby, I suspect that ADSL 8 Mbps will be better.
2. ADSL already exists, as you said?
3. Satellite Internet usually offers low speed (3-10 Mbps), and very high ping. That is, ADSL can again be better and cheaper.
4. WiMAX signal repeaters are a very expensive thing. Plus, for such things you may need a license.
5. Wifi bridge how far? Here it will be easier to secretly throw ethernet air than to place wifi routers all over the way.
And in the end, the goal is not accurate. By any means, but for what purpose? Is ping important? Is unlimited important? What does not suit the current ADSL?

2. Via ADSL (up to 8Mbps)

If the provider has the technology (ADSL 2+) - you can increase the speed to 24 Mbit / s
From the real - everything you have listed, from the unrealistic - wait for Internet probes from Mask or Good Corporation.
