What type of hard disk partition to choose?

Hello everyone, I need help, the laptop has an SSD and a hard drive, everything is formatted. I installed Windows on the SSD, but the hard drive has not yet been partitioned, when I go to "Creating and formatting hard drive partitions" the following window pops up:

What type of partitions should I choose (which one is better), given that I want to allocate space on the hard drive for ubuntu?

If you do not need partitions larger than 2TB or heaps of partitions on one disk, then use mbr.

put MBR if you do not want to split the disk into a bunch of partitions and all that.
GPT is more modern, more functional, but much more complicated :)
