Has anyone experienced tray icons disappearing on reboot in Windows 7?

Periodic disappearance of icons in the tray after a reboot was in the days of XP. Here is a link to the core of the problem and its possible solutions for XP: winhlp.com/node/16
The best option was to patch the Shell_NotifyIcon function in the shell32.dll file. With the transition to Windows 7, I initially thought that the problem was solved, but was unpleasantly surprised that some icons also disappeared every other time after the reboot. I did not find a similar patch for Windows 7.
Has anyone encountered the same problem or is it just my constant bug? And if the bug occurs in Windows 7, can anyone help write an automatic shell32.dll patcher with a check. Since I don’t have much knowledge, I manually found the necessary piece in IDA by similarity with XP and patched it with WinHex. According to tests, the icons stop disappearing after the patch.
The same piece of code in shell32.dll that I change (on the screen the file without modifications):

Thanks in advance for the answers.

Didn't meet.
Try to turn off all the prettiness in the Windows settings. Try disabling all unnecessary programs, especially those that inject Dll (such as punto switcher).
